Despite Princess Sweetcakes' warnings to the contrary, Regis chooses Debbie Matenopolous to be his new co-host.

Furious at being passed over for her dream job, the Princess orders drastic measures. First to die is Matenopolous followed quickly by Regis' other choices: Lisa Ling, Star Jones, Barbara Walters, Deborah Norville, That Chick From Survivor, and veteran White House correspondent Helen Thomas.

Despite the co-host carnage, Regis refuses to give in. Her patience at an end, Princess Sweetcakes declares life on Earth must come to an end.

To accomplish this destruction, the Princess orders the Tae Bo Warrirors to invade the planet. Using their fearsome fitness training as a shield of invincibility, the Warriors have built a legendary reputation as soldiers without peer. Key to their success is the special headset worn by each member which supplies a "constant stream of high-energy dance music" to keep the Warriors in deadly rhythm.
