Retaliating for Regis picking someone else as co-host, Princess Sweetcakes orders the Tae-Bo Warriors to destroy Earth.

John, Monterey Jack and Scottish Mel are to be transported back to the planet to die along with everyone else. On the way to the shuttle craft, they escape their guards and steal the shuttle.

With the Earth hanging in the balance, the trio attacks the aliens' Invasion Control Ship, a satellite that is broadcasting control signals to the invading army.

As the invasion continues, a hero is born. Regis Philbin takes it upon himself to single-handedly wipe out all of the Tae-Bo Warriors. Gelman, on the other hand, cowers in fear.
