Havng escaped prison, John, Scottish Mel, Monterey Jack and their soldier compatriots flee to the docks in order to meet a boat, The Dairy Queen, that will wisk the escapees to freedom.

Before they can board the dilapidated vessel, however, a search party led by the notorious Marshal Jove tracks them down.

A battle ensues between Wesley, Ike and Homer, the three Royal Dairy Army mutineers, and Jove's band of snack-cracker thugs.

In the heat of combat, John, Mel and Jack manage to swim past their hunters and buy passages on the famous cruise ship Tub O' Luv, a former Royal Dairy Navy aircraft carrier now ferrying rich snobs to exotic locales such as Pittsburgh.
