This legendary straight-arrow crime-fighter is a captain in the Royal Dairy Marshals and a true role-model for nacho chips, usually considered untouchables by polite dairy society.
After rising through the ranks in record time, Jove is now in charge of the Marshals' Special Duty cases, saving the toughest assignments for himself. In the last two years, he has captured six of the Marshals' Ten Most Wanted. Several months ago, at the request of the King, he dedicated himself to tracking down high-ranking members of the Dairy Revolution.
It was Jove who arrested Scottish Mel five months ago, at the time his biggest triumph. He does not realize the capture was bogus, a set-up by Revolutionaries trying to get Mel into Detroit Dairy Penitentiary to help Moterey Jack with the jailbreak.
Jove is a relentless piece of snack food and has often been acknowledged by Revolution officials as their most dangerous enemy. Recapturing Scooter, Jack and Mel would be the crowning triumph of an already mythic career.
